Happy Holidays to the entire Renegade family,

I just wanted to reach out and tell everyone how proud I am of our program. After the first wave of tournaments, our four teams went 15–9. Every team had positive outcomes and identified what work needs to be done for the rest of the season.

With the season being eight months long, I believe this holiday break is important to prevent burnout while also helping everyone reset mentally. I want everyone to enjoy this break, but I expect all players to return ready to work. Each athlete should understand their strengths as well as what they need to improve for their team.

To accomplish team cohesion and growth, we need all players in the program to attend practice as consistently as possible. It is time to put in the work and elevate our program to the highest level possible. I am incredibly proud of all the players, coaches, and families in our program, and I can’t wait to see how this year plays out.
